HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated for you during the check out process. We work with shipping providers to offer you the most cost effective shipping price and, of course, we never mark this up.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Be sure to check the product page to see if there is an expected ship date for that product, some pairs may be awaiting restock or otherwise delayed. You can expect your domestic orders to be shipped out within 2 business day or faster. If you need it even faster, you may select to upgrade your shipping priority during check out.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Because this is a limited-edition capsule collection, we can only offer a very limited return window. If you would like to return your limited-edition Tezza sunglasses, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your pair of sunglasses. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and refunds will be issued upon receipt of your return package.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY SUNGLASSES?

If you would like to make an exchange, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your sunglasses. Exchanges will be based on available stock, so please be sure to check that your preferred sunglasses are still available! Please email zoe@bytezza.com if you would like to make an exchange.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes!  We have customers all over the world and offer international shipping. We work with shipping providers to offer you the most cost effective shipping price and, of course, we never mark this up.

WHAT ARE IMPORT FEES?

Many countries charge duties and import taxes on products shipped from other countries. If the country in which you're located charges fees, the payment goes directly to the customs department, not to our pockets. Unfortunately, these customs charges are entirely out of our control but will be calculated at checkout for your convenience.

WHAT IS YOUR INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY?

Due to the complexity of international customs, we are unable to facilitate international returns at this time.
