What is the Tezza App?

The Tezza app is here! Time to make your iPhone / Android photos & videos pop with fresh presets and simple editing tools. These presets have been made with love to help you achieve the photography aesthetic you have always dreamed of.

Tezza photo & video editor was designed by creators and with creators in mind. Our presets are built from the ground up to make you look and feel amazing. Here you can find fun photo filters & effects like stop motion, glitter, vintage film, frames, and over 140 editorial templates. Our beautiful presets for photos and videos will help you to create the brand aesthetic of your dreams!

How long until I receive my order?

We typically fulfill orders within 2 days of ordering and shipping takes 3-5 days depending on where you live.

COVID UPDATE: International shipments have been showing longer delivery times due to lowered numbers of international flights. Please allow some extra time for your shipment to arrive. If you have questions regarding the status of your shipment, please contact the shipping service (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc) directly as they have more up-to-date information. 

Due to shorter staff and various other postal service delays, we have noticed some carriers are marking the packages as "delivered" 2-3 days before actually delivering. Please let us know, but remain patient as the postal service is working extremely hard to get it all done! :) 

Shipping international? PLEASE NOTE:

International shipments are typically subject to additional customs/import duties. These are not included in the shipping price and need to be paid in order to receive your package. The shipping cost goes directly to the postal service and the duties go directly to your country of import. We do not collect any payment other than our products :) 

How can I return my items?

Customers have a 7-day return window, beginning when they receive their items. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, or are outside of the return window. Please contact zoe@bytezza.com to request a return. Return shipping cost is the duty of the customer, we do not provide return labels.

How can I exchange my items?

 

Due to the limited nature of our drops (or collections), exchanges may not be possible as the requested item may be sold out. Please contact zoe@bytezza.com to inquire on the possibility of exchanging and item.
